My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and in working condition overall, but there were issues like lights not working. I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were equipped with breathtaking views and were ready earlier than the usual check-in time, which was a great surprise. The service was exceptional, with staff like Luis at Ziruma Bar and Danna and Yulianna at breakfast going out of their way to assist me. The location, although a short taxi ride from Santa Marta central, was magnificent and perfect for those who prefer a more relaxed beach experience. The dining options were very good and complete, although slightly pricey for the quality. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
